Download You Tube Videos allows you to do just that. You will need a flash player, such as VLC or FLV player to watch the videos after you have downloaded them. This is great for saving videos clips to show your students if video sharing sites like You Tube are blocked in your district

Vixy allows you to convert flash to other formats, but it tends to crash a lot.
